The successful candidate will have a strong background in cash application, accounts receivable, and credit card payments. The ideal candidate will have experience working with lockbox systems and will be able to lead a team to achieve cash application goals.Location: ChennaiResponsibilities Lead a team responsible for cash application, accounts receivable, and credit card payments Develop and implement cash application processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors Collaborate with the accounts receivable team to resolve customer inquiries and disputes Analyze and resolve cash application discrepancies and exceptions Provide training and guidance to team members on cash application procedures and policies Monitor and report on cash application metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivityRequirements Candidate with Immediate - 30 days' notice period can apply 8-15 years of experience in cash application, accounts receivable, and credit card payments Strong knowledge of cash application processes and procedures Experience working with lockbox systems Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skillsInterested candidate can share updated resume to brindha@gojobs.biz
