About the Role: We are seeking aTechno-Functional Consultantwith hands-on experience inOracle Retail Suite(RMS, ReSA, RPM) to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting complex retail systems while contributing to innovation in retail technology using modern architecture and tools. Responsibilities: Support, configure, and enhance Oracle Retail applications –RMS, ReSA, RPM Write and optimize Oracle PL/SQL ,Pro*C , andUNIX shell scripts Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment Work on integration buses, message services , andSOA-based architecture Use Git/GitLabfor version control and support CI/CD pipelines usingJenkins, Maven/Gradle Contribute to event-driven microservices architecture (Kafka, REST APIs, AWS/Kubernetes – bonus) Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field 4+ years of techno-functional experience inOracle Retail (RMS) Knowledge of ReSA, RPM , and related Oracle Retail modules Strong in PL/SQL, Pro*C, UNIX shell scripting Experience with Agile/Scrum, version control (Git), and job schedulers (TES or similar) Nice to Have: Experience withKafka ,Kubernetes ,CI/CD , andAWS cloud Familiarity with event-driven design ,REST APIs , andmicroservices architecture
