Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced Power Automate and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing automated workflows and solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, as well as expertise in RPA tools like UIPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. This role requires a hands-on professional who is passionate about automation, process optimization, and improving business efficiency through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement automated workflows and solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and RPA tools.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, process owners, and IT teams to gather and understand requirements for automation.
  • Develop, configure, test, and deploy RPA bots, scripts, and workflows that integrate with various systems, applications, and databases.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation workflows, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
  • Monitor the performance of automation solutions and make adjustments to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Document process flows, solution designs, and best practices to ensure maintainability and scalability.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and team members on Power Automate and RPA tools.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Power Automate, RPA technologies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Power Automate and/or RPA Developer.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Flow) for building and managing workflows.
  • Proficiency in at least one leading RPA tool (such as UIPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of process automation, scripting, and programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, VBScript).
  • Experience with API integration, web services, and connecting multiple systems using connectors.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze and improve complex processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with AI/ML integration in RPA for intelligent automation.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services (Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance requirements related to automation.
  • Understanding of process mining tools and techniques.
