- Collaborating with development and operations teams to design and implement processes and tools that enable the efficient delivery of software and systems

- Leading the team in the development, operation, and maintenance of systems and software, including the deployment of code, configuration of systems, and monitoring of performance

- Working with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure that the team is able to meet them

- Establishing and maintaining metrics and dashboards to measure the performance and efficiency of the team and the systems it is responsible for
