Performapplication validation, production support, and enhancementsbased on business needs. HandleBPM upgrades and migrationswhen required. Follow established design and development guidelines while implementing middleware solutions. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize performance. Provide production support, including staying available until3 PM ESTon weekdays and duringproduction deploymentsas needed. Apply strongproblem-solvingandsystem-level thinkingto align technical solutions with business goals. Contribute to project success through effective communication and teamwork in anAgile environment .Required Qualifications & Skills: Education:B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / M.Sc / M.C.A Experience:Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Oracle Suite technologies such asSOA, OSB, ADF, BPM, and ESS . Excellentverbal and written communication skills . Proven ability toindependently troubleshoot and resolve complex issues . Strong understanding ofAgile methodologiesand collaborative development practices.Nice to Have (Preferred Skills): Experience withSpring Boot, Spring Framework Knowledge ofWebLogic Console ,OEM ,Oracle Database , andSQL Familiarity withShell scripting ,Axway , andAWS Exposure toJiraor other Agile project management toolsWork Schedule: Must be comfortable working until3 PM ESTon weekdays.
