Job Title:Compliance and Dispute Analyst Location:Ahmedabad, Gujarat Job Type:Full-Time Industry:USA IT Staffing & Recruitment Experience:2+ Years Shift: [US Shift / EST HoursKey Responsibilities: Manage and execute the entire refund process, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Communicate with candidates via email and phone to confirm refund eligibility, obtain required information, and provide updates. Investigate and resolve Stripe dispute cases by collecting relevant documentation, analyzing claims, and preparing formal responses. Maintain organized records of refund requests, supporting documents, and resolution statuses. Coordinate with internal teams such as Finance, Recruitment, and Compliance to ensure accuracy and transparency in all transactions. Monitor recurring dispute trends and escalate any issues or patterns that need managerial attention. Ensure all refund and dispute handling follows internal policy and payment platform guidelines (e.g., Stripe).Qualifications: Prior experience in refund management, customer service, or dispute resolution preferred (especially in staffing, payroll, or fintech settings). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent documentation, record-keeping, and follow-up abilities. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle confidential data professionally. Familiarity with Stripe or other payment processing platforms is a plus.
