As the Infrastructure Head, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing our organization's infrastructure to ensure it supports our strategic objectives and business operations effectively. Your responsibilities will include:

Strategic Planning and Management:

  • and execute comprehensive infrastructure strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • physical facilities, technology systems, budgets, and resources efficiently.


Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • and motivate a high-performing infrastructure team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of infrastructure initiatives with business objectives.


Security and Compliance:

  • and oversee security measures and protocols to protect infrastructure assets and data.
  • compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to infrastructure operations.


Vendor Management and Partnerships:

  • select, and manage external vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective solutions.
  • and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to support infrastructure needs and initiatives.


Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity:

  • and maintain robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans to mitigate risks and ensure uninterrupted operations.

Infrastructure Optimization and Innovation:

  • assess and optimize infrastructure performance, scalability, and efficiency.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • regular reports and analysis on infrastructure performance, expenses, and key metrics.
  • accurate documentation of infrastructure configurations, procedures, and policies.


To be eligible for this role you will require:

  • or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • track record with 14+ years of experience in infrastructure management, including leadership roles.
  • technical expertise in infrastructure components, cloud services (Azure preferred), security protocols, and compliance standards.
  • leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • management experience and financial acumen.
  • such as Azure Certified Administrator, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or relevant industry certifications are advantageous.
