Job Title: Financial Due Diligence (FDD) SpecialistLocation: Gurgaon (Onsite)Experience: 4-6 Years in Internal AuditJob Overview:- We are looking for a Financial Due Diligence (FDD) Specialist with 4-6 years of experience in Internal Audit to join our team.- The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to assess financial risks, analyze key financial data, and provide insights for decision-making.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct financial due diligence to assess company financials, including revenue, expenses, cash flow, and working capital.- Perform internal audit reviews to identify financial risks, compliance gaps, and inconsistencies.- Analyze financial statements, tax records, and business performance metrics to identify key risks and trends.- Assist in the preparation of Quality of Earnings (QoE) reports and financial projections.- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and regulatory requirements.- Communicate financial findings effectively to internal stakeholders and clients.- Support M&A transactions, investment decisions, and financial risk assessments.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 4-6 years of experience in Internal Audit, Financial Due Diligence, or Risk Assessment.- Strong understanding of financial statements, balance sheets, cash flow analysis, and accounting principles.- Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.- Excellent communication and presentation skills for delivering financial insights.- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Contract Details:Duration: 3 MonthsLocation: Gurgaon (Onsite)Immediate joiners preferred (ref:iimjobs.com)
