Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records using Zoho Books.
  • Preparing and analysing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Conducting regular bank and ledger reconciliations.
  • Generating and managing invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing and payment collection.
  • Monitoring and recording all business expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Assisting in the preparation and filing of tax returns, and ensuring compliance with all applicable tax regulations.
  • Providing support during internal and external audits.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and operations.
  • Managing GST, TDS, and PF compliances, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements.
  • Performing monthly closure and reconciliation of Profit and Loss (PL) and Balance Sheet (BS).


Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with experience in using Zoho Books.
  • Proficiency in Zoho Books and other Zoho applications, as well as strong MS Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
