Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) Assistant

Manager to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a crucial

role in supporting the HRBP team in various strategic and operational HR activities. This role requires a strong understanding of HR functions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.


Responsibilities:


Recruitment:

  • Hands-on experience in various stages of the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Ability to collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and contribute to the selection of top talent.

Employee Relations:

  • Handle day-to-day employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and grievance management.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs to conduct investigations and ensure fair and consistent application of policies.

Talent Management:

  • Support talent acquisition efforts by participating in recruitment processes, interviewing candidates, and facilitating onboarding activities.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.

Grievance Handling:

  • Proven experience in effectively addressing and resolving employee grievances.
  • Ability to conduct fair and impartial investigations into employee concerns.

Reward and Recognition Programs:

  • Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and manage employee reward and recognition initiatives.
  • Understanding of best practices to enhance employee motivation and engagement.

Team Building:

  • Experience in organizing and facilitating team-building activities to foster collaboration and a positive work culture.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for team development and implement strategies accordingly.

Employee Engagement:

  • Track record of implementing employee engagement programs to enhance job satisfaction and overall employee experience.
  • Proactive approach to measuring and improving employee engagement levels.

Travel:

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time as needed for HR-related activities.


Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HRBP functions.
  • 1+ year of Experience in Logistics.
