I. Purpose of Position


This position plays the role of Software Engineering Team Leader in an Agile software development environment for software products. The main purpose of the role is to ensure timely delivery, while driving continuous improvement of velocity and quality (30% effort). This role also requires doing hand-on development (70% effort)

IV. Background and Skill


Must Have


Expert in C#.Net, OOPS

Bachelor's degree in a related field (BE/BTech/MCA)

Solid grasp and fluent in common design patterns

Knowledge of SQL databases

Knowledge of HTML5 - CSS

Experience in Jira, Agile and Scrum.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in Retail/POS domain is a plus.

PMP or other project management certifications (optional)
