Job Title: Robotics Trainer – STEM Education Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

(Travel to multiple school locations across Madhya Pradesh)

Job Type: Full-time

Travel Allowance: Provided separately for school visits

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Robotics Trainer who is excited to promote STEM education among school students. The selected candidate will be responsible for training both teachers and students across schools in Madhya Pradesh , helping them understand and apply STEM concepts through practical Robotics and Arduino-based models .

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging training sessions in assigned schools to educate students and teachers on STEM kits and Robotics models.
  
• Demonstrate and explain Arduino coding and its applications using hands-on learning tools.
  
• Support teachers with implementation techniques and ensure students grasp concepts through interactive activities.
  
• Maintain regular communication and reporting with the project coordinator and internal teams.
  
• On non-training days, participate in brainstorming sessions with the Embedded Systems Team to co-develop new models and improve existing training content.
  

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering or related field.
  
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Arduino coding , basic electronics, and robotics.
  
• Experience: Prior experience in teaching/training preferred; freshers with strong technical background may also apply.
  
• Good communication skills and the ability to simplify technical concepts for students.
  
• Comfortable with frequent travel within Madhya Pradesh (separate travel allowances will be provided).

Requirements
Key Responsibilities: School Identification: Research and identify government schools in the designated region suitable for the Mini Science Centre project. Maintain a comprehensive database of potential schools, including relevant information such as location, student demographics, and infrastructure. Liaison with Education Authorities: Establish and maintain relationships with education department officials in the target area. Request and obtain necessary permissions and support letters from education authorities for project implementation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, MSW or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Knowledge of the education system and government school networks in the designated region. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in data collection and documentation. Prior experience in project management or education-related roles is a plus.
