Remote (PST Hours)|Experience:3+ YearsRequirements Degree inAccounting/Finance ;NetSuite certificationpreferred. 3+ years inNetSuite Financials(GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Reporting). Strong inmonth-end close , report validation, and reconciliations (e.g., Shopify vs. NetSuite). Hands-on withO2CandP2Pflows; experience ineCommerce settlements . Knowledge ofmulti-revenue modelsacross web, retail, and marketplaces (Amazon/eBay). Proficient inSuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, KPIs , and dashboards. Familiar withintegrations(WMS, Celigo, Shopify, Amazon, 3PL, banking). Strong inprocess mapping, financial modeling, and data validation . Excellent inproblem-solving, documentation , and explaining real-world scenarios.Responsibilities Configure and optimizeNetSuite ERPmodules and workflows. Supportmonth-end/year-end close , reconciliations, and reporting. Manageintegrationswith WMS, marketplaces, and banks. Build and maintaindashboards, KPIs, and saved searches . StreamlineO2C, P2P, R2Rprocesses and close functional gaps. Model and trackmulti-stream revenues and settlements . Troubleshoot issues, validate data, and ensure accuracy. ConductUAT, training, and SOP documentation . Maintaingovernance, access control , and audit compliance.
