We are seeking a visionary EdTech Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead the launch of an industry-leading EdTech platform that blends expert-led courses with interactive, real-world applications.
The platform will provide high-quality, practical learning in stock market education to everyone.
About You:- You have a deep understanding of stock markets, technical & fundamental analysis, and investment strategies.
- You can develop and manage an entire online learning ecosystem—from content creation to student engagement.
- You know how to create engaging financial education content, optimize courses for user retention, and drive enrollments.
- You're an entrepreneurial leader who thrives in a high-growth environment and can scale an EdTech platform from zero to a leading brand.
- Course Creation & Curriculum Design – Develop cutting-edge courses on stock market trading, investment strategies, derivatives, and wealth-building. Work with industry experts and traders to craft engaging content.
- Content Development & Delivery – Oversee the production of high-quality videos, interactive modules, and real-time market case studies.
- Learning Platform Management – Choose, integrate, and manage LMS platforms (Teachable, Thinkific, or custom-built solutions) to ensure a seamless student experience.
- Marketing & Audience Growth – Implement SEO, social media, email marketing, influencer collaborations, and paid ad strategies to drive traffic & enrollments.
- Community & Engagement – Build an interactive learning ecosystem with live Q&As, webinars, discussion forums, and stock market simulations.
- Data-Driven Optimization – Analyze course performance, learner engagement, and feedback to improve content, retention, and conversion rates.
- Experience: 5+ years in EdTech, digital education, content strategy, or online learning. A background in stock market education or financial trading is a major plus
- Stock Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of trading, technical analysis, derivatives, investing, and market trends.
- Tech & Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with LMS tools, video content creation, marketing automation, and analytics.
- Growth & Marketing Skills: Proven ability to scale an online course platform using SEO, Google Ads, social media, influencer marketing, and community building.
- Communication & Teaching: Ability to simplify complex stock market concepts into engaging, actionable content.
