Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of health insurance agents to drive performance and meet organizational goals.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with agents, intermediaries, and distribution channels to drive consistent business growth.
- Market Research & Development: Gather market intelligence, identify potential customer segments, and collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Training & Development: Provide ongoing training to agents and ensure they are well-versed in product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and sales techniques.
- Compliance & Regulatory: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines in all sales and customer interactions.
- Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, tracking performance against key metrics and providing insights for strategic decision-making.
Key Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Health Insurance Sales
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and leading a high-performing sales team.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Good understanding of health insurance products and the insurance market landscape.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
