About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic female Creator Success Specialist to help creators worldwide set up their SuperProfile accounts and achieve success through our platform. This role requires working night shifts (IST) to accommodate US time zones, especially PST.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide creators in setting up and optimizing their SuperProfile accounts
• Provide strategic advice to help creators grow their online presence
• Stay up-to-date with creator economy trends and best practices
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with creators across various platforms
• Conduct webinars and create engaging video content
• Generate referrals and build robust relationships with creators
• Think creatively about different use cases for our product
• Explain the product comprehensively and persuasively

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 3+ years experience in creator economy, social media management, or related area
• In-depth knowledge of major creator platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Twitch, etc.)
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Cultural awareness and ability to connect with diverse creators globally
• Strong understanding of internet business models for creators
• Excellent business acumen
• Experience in conducting webinars and creating video content
• Comfortable working on camera
