Job Title:ServiceNow Architect – ITSM Location:Hyderabad, India Experience:10+ years Employment Type:Full-time About the Role We are seeking an experiencedServiceNow Architectwith strong expertise inIT Service Management (ITSM)and enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading architecture, design, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions in large, complex environments. Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture, design, and implementation ofServiceNow ITSM modules(Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, etc.). Define and enforce best practices, governance, and design standards across the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and sustainable solutions. Drive integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server). Mentor and guide development teams in implementing custom applications, workflows, and automation. Ensure platform scalability, performance, and security compliance. Required Skills & Experience 10+ yearsof overall IT experience, with6+ yearsfocused on ServiceNow. Hands-on expertise withITSM modulesand working knowledge of ITOM, CMDB, CSDM. Strong proficiency inJavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Catalog development . Proven experience inServiceNow Integrations(REST/SOAP APIs). Deep understanding ofITIL frameworkand its implementation on ServiceNow. Ability to lead client workshops, design discussions, and architecture reviews. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Certifications:CSA, CAD, CIS (ITSM/ITOM/CMDB), CTA . Experience with additional modules likeHRSD, CSM, SAM, HAM, SecOpsis a plus. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and DevOps tools. What We Offer Competitive salary & performance-based bonuses.
