Requirements :


- Should have experience in handling a team of 5+ and should be able to work in rotational shifts.


- Candidate should be good in development, support and enhancement.


- 8 to 12 years of mainframe Development background in design, analysis and coding: COBOL (CICS), JCL, CICS, DB2 CA7 REXX.


- IT technical background and mainframe programming experience.


- Experience in all components of software delivery with a concentration in requirements, design and development.


- Quick starter to troubleshoot/resolve incidents and business support items.


- REXX programmer who has a good understanding of Z/os and associated products to develop utilities to automate some of our work.


- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working in a global environment.


- Strong production support background in Mainframe technologies.


- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


- Ability to multi-task effectively.


- Prioritize Business Impact and Urgency.


- Perform application support tasks like systems support, security reviews, and maintenance tasks.


- Provides 24-7 On-call support on a rotational basis.


- Strong communication skills
