Our operation is highly ambitious, focused on innovation, and dedicated to pushing the technical and creative limits of generative AI in visual storytelling. With rapid growth in our client pipeline, we are expanding our core team and seeking a driven AI Video Editor (Trainee Level) to join us and help elevate both our creative quality and production output. Working Model & Training Structure This role begins with a structured 2-month paid Trainee/Probation period. We prioritize results, accountability, and meeting deadlines over rigid schedules. Daily timing is flexible as long as deliverables are consistently completed at high quality. Permanent Placement Offer (PPO): After the 2 months, candidates who demonstrate strong technical capability, responsibility, and quality standards will be offered a PPO conversion to a full-time role. Note on Future Location: While the role begins as 100% remote , KaltureAi is opening a physical office in Pune, Maharashtra within the next 5–6 months. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Pune once the in-office/hybrid model begins. Role Mandate You will handle the end-to-end creation of high-quality, AI-driven video content for global clients. This role requires: Generative AI skills using modern image & video platforms (Midjourney, Nano Banana, Veo/Veo3, KlingAI, Sora-like models, etc.) Professional video editing proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro + Adobe After Effects We want someone young, ambitious, and already active in AI creation—ready to grow into a world-class AI Content Creator. High performance can fast-track you into Lead AI Creator or Senior Editor roles. Key Responsibilities & Tech Stack Generative AI Content Creation You should be actively experienced with: Image tools: Midjourney, Nano Banana, Stable Diffusion, Flux, Seedream, ComfyUI AI video tools: KlingAI, Veo3, Sora 2, Runway Gen-2/Gen-3, CDANCE, HAILUO AI, HiggsField, Wan, Pika, and similar platforms We are not looking for low-effort AI outputs. You must understand prompting, framing, lighting, style control, and consistency to produce cinematic, high-quality visuals. Video Editing & Post-Production You must be confident with: Adobe Premiere Pro (core editing) Adobe After Effects (motion graphics & compositing) You must understand pacing, rhythm, sound design, transitions, and how to turn raw AI footage into polished, engaging visual content. Who We’re Looking For Experience & Profile Age preferably 21–27 1–2 years of experience in AI video editing, digital media, or creative production Must be willing to transition to our Pune office within 5–6 months The AI Creator You regularly create using AI tools (images or videos) Experience with prompting and experimenting with new tools The Editor You understand real editing—not just cutting clips You understand storytelling, visual structure, and production value The Mindset Fast learner, experimental, self-driven Obsessed with improving and staying ahead of AI innovation Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments If you do not have a portfolio containing real AI-generated video work , this role is not suitable. Shortlisted candidates will complete a small paid test task to demonstrate skill. Compensation Trainee/Probation Salary (First 2 Months): ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month , based on skill and portfolio strength. Post-PPO Salary: Salary will stay within the same bracket after PPO conversion. Performance-based monthly bonuses will continue.
