  • Responsible for Data oriented product management and analytics capability across departments of HCI and for managing the product analytics team and its operation.
  • Extensive cross-organization collaboration playing a crucial role in interfacing with various technology teams and business stakeholders and internal DS teams to identify data requirements, converting them to functional and technical specs, prioritizing, and driving execution using agile methodologies.
  • Envisage, Build and Manage data pipelines both internal (oracle, GCP and Hadoop) and external – data sourced from vendors.
  • Drive new strategic data initiatives end-to-end and ensure alignment to the business data and BI strategy.
  • Drive creation frameworks and principles to ensure data integrity across the business.
  • Drive optimization through consolidation/reduction of redundant reports/dashboards.
  • Act as a SME for Product analytics ecosystem (Big query, Firebase, GCP, GA, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Python etc.) , SQL and PLSQL both technically and functionally.
  • Ensure that the Data Architecture strategy and roadmap is aligned to the business and technology strategies.
  • Drive building and maintaining appropriate Enterprise Architecture artefacts including Entity Relationship Models, Data dictionary, taxonomy and ontologies to aid data traceability and lineage.
  • Help the data leadership drive and implement the Data Governance initiative by HQ.
  • Be an advocate of data security principles and ensure appropriate security practices are embedded in any data strategy.
  • Plan and execute and deliver data science modelling and data engineering projects ranging from small to large either individually or as part of a project team
  • Develop key performance measures for data integration and quality.
  • Drive and facilitate data processing at scale on big data systems for data workloads unsuitable for normal data bases
  • Manage relationships with external data suppliers and support them in developing specifications that are congruent with the Enterprise data architecture
  • Translate use cases to analytics agenda, including data, approach and validation strategy
  • Develop Frameworks and provide guidance on AI & data science projects
  • Educate analysts in other business functions utilizing common schemas, on the right way to write efficient queries and procedures
  • Guide and mentor direct reports and develop a growth path for the team
