Job Profile:

We are seeking a dynamic Engineering Manager to lead and supervise a team of engineers across multiple product lines. In this pivotal role, you will drive technical excellence, foster team development, and ensure seamless alignment with our global engineering strategies and standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Implement global and local engineering strategies, best practices, and standards to optimise operations.
  • Act as a key liaison between global engineering teams and local operations for effective collaboration.
  • Provide technical expertise and input for bids, proposals, and new business development initiatives.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor KPIs, SOPs, and workflows to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Lead the introduction of new products (NPD) and processes, ensuring smooth integration and scalability.
  • Supervise, mentor, train, and develop a high-performing engineering team to build technical capabilities.
  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination and ensure full compliance with customer specifications and requirements.
  • Participate in global engineering forums and drive the adoption of international standards at the local level.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives in design, engineering processes, and new product development.
  • Resolve technical challenges, deviations, and non-conformance reports (NCRs) efficiently to minimise disruptions.
