You will drive innovation, deliver products in increasingly shorter cycles, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes, tooling, and engineering practices.Key Responsibilities:• Lead the development of host apps on the Android platform, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.• Collaborate with global stakeholders, including engineering, delivery teams, and QAs, to align on project goals and deliverables.• Implement and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient code using Kotlin and Jetpack compose, with hands-on coding expertise.• Apply design patterns to create clean, maintainable, and efficient code architecture.• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal disruption to services.• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the growth of the team’s technical expertise.• Utilize critical thinking to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.• Participate in Agile and DevOps practices to enhance development efficiency and product quality.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MCA preferred.• 5+ years of experience in Android mobile app development, with a strong focus on Kotlin and Jetpack compose.• Extensive knowledge of OOPS, software design, and patterns.• Proven experience in mobile or tablet digital development.• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and excellent communication abilities.• Experience in troubleshooting, production issue handling, and defect fixing.• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.Desirable Skills:• Proficiency in using JIRA for project management and tracking.• Ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive environment.• Awareness with Spanish language
