About Made to ScaleMade to Scale is an agency specialized in designing and deploying custom AI agents for SMEs and e-commerce businesses.Our mission: to help companies scale without chaos by freeing business leaders from time-consuming tasks and streamlining their operations.Through AI and automation (n8n, SaaS integrations, etc.), we transform repetitive processes into smart workflows that boost productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.We help our clients move from an organization stuck in daily operations to a smooth, scalable growth machine.Role & ResponsibilitiesWe’re looking for a Freelance Motion Designer to take on a one-time creative mission: producing a product launch hero video and a set of animated assets for marketing use (website, social media, paid ads, and presentations).You’ll collaborate directly with the Project Manager and the creative team to define the motion direction, craft storyboards, and deliver a visually compelling and brand-consistent animation package.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Direction & Concept- Develop the visual concept and motion design moodboard from the creative brief. -- Produce the storyboard and animatic before full animation. -- Animate the main hero video (60–90s) and its derivatives (15–30s, 9:16, 1:1). -- Create transitions, title cards, logo reveals, lower-thirds, and UI snippets. -- Integrate light sound design and synchronize music according to the project tone.-Production & Delivery- Animate using After Effects (2D/3D hybrid, typography, texture, compositing). -- Optimize renders for different platforms (web, paid ads, reels, etc.). -- Deliver clean, organized source files and export-ready assets. -- Maintain clear communication throughout the process (moodboard → storyboard → animatic → master).-Expected Deliverables- Hero video: 60–90s (16:9 master version). -- Cutdowns: 30s / 15s / 6s (16:9, 9:16, 1:1). -- Logo reveal / intro / outro: 2–3s. -- Feature snippets: short animations for website & presentations. -- Reusable templates: titles and transitions for future use. -- Subtitles: .srt + burned-in versions. -- Source files: .aep / .ai / .psd organized and labeled.-RequirementsExperience & Technical Skills- 3–5+ years of proven experience in motion design for tech, SaaS, or e-commerce brands. -- Mastery of After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop. -- Familiarity with Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus. -- Strong understanding of product storytelling, visual rhythm, and hierarchy. -- Experience with multi-format adaptation for social and paid media. -- Detail-oriented and highly organized workflow management.-Soft Skills- Creative yet structured mindset with strong attention to detail. -- Autonomy and accountability for deliverables. -- Excellent communication skills and responsiveness to feedback. -- Ability to work efficiently within deadlines. -- Understanding of startup and tech culture is a plus.-Nice-to-Have- Proficiency in Figma or Premiere Pro. -- Experience creating social ads or product explainers. -- Basic sound design, color grading, or light 3D animation skills. -- Curiosity for AI, automation, and emerging tech.-Mission Details- Contract type: Freelance (one-time project). -- Estimated duration: 2–4 weeks (depending on complexity and feedback cycles). -- Start date: ASAP. -- Compensation: Fixed-rate proposal (please also include your daily rate). -- Usage rights: Web & social worldwide for 24 months. -- Main tools: After Effects, Adobe CC, Figma, Notion, Slack.-What to Include in Your ApplicationPlease send the following to karelie@zukunft-corp.com- Your showreel (max. 2 minutes) and 3 relevant projects. -- A short creative note outlining your approach and motion style. -- Your proposal (fixed quote + optional daily rate). -- Your availability and delivery conditions (source files, music, licensing, etc.).-Subject line: Application – Freelance Motion Designer (One-time Mission)
