Job Title: Lead Interior Designer

Position Overview:

As a Lead Interior Designer, you will leverage your exceptional creativity and design expertise to develop innovative and client-centric interior solutions. You will be responsible for translating client conversations into inspiring designs and managing the overall project lifecycle from conception to completion. Your role will involve frequent client interactions to assess their needs and incorporate their feedback, while staying updated on the latest design trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Experience: Take ownership of the client experience throughout the project, ensuring satisfaction and effective communication.
  • Design Quality: Lead and ensure the accuracy and quality of all design deliverables.
  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial concept through to final execution.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience as an Interior Designer, with a proven track record of leading and delivering at least 5-6 residential projects.
  • Skills and Expertise:
  • Proficiency in design tools, including PowerPoint and AutoCAD.
  • Expertise in:
  • Conceptual Design: Layout planning, style development, and mood boards.
  • Technical Design: Material knowledge, execution strategies, and drawing preparation.
  • Modular Design: Understanding of materials, aesthetics, functionality, and module planning.
  • Civil Works & Services: Specifications and installation details.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Result-oriented with strong teamwork and integrity.
  • Crisp and effective communication skills.
  • A proactive learner with a drive to enhance performance within an independent team setting.
