Senior Associate

Job Overview:

We are looking for a smart and dedicated team member for the position to expand our institutional and family offices/UHNIs/HNI's investor relationships across the world. The focus would be across traditional asset classes as well as alternative investments across Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Credit, and Hedge Funds in domestic & global markets.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Building and managing relationships with some of the largest institutional investors, family offices & UHNIs across the globe.

- Establishing and nurturing strong client relationships by gaining a deep understanding of their financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences.

- Crafting customized financial strategies and investment plans that align with clients' objectives and risk tolerance and suggesting appropriate investment solutions, including equities, bonds, mutual funds, and alternative assets, backed by detailed market research and analysis.

- Analyzing different products across asset classes.

- Assisting in the creation of materials for investment presentations.

- Monitoring investment performance across asset classes, geographies, and 3-5 years of related experience in Wealth Management/ Private Banking.

- Postgraduate with a commerce background or CFA/CAIA/MBA from a reputable institution.

Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

- Strong self-motivation and ability to lead work streams independently.

- Knowledge of alternative investment products like Venture Capital, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, etc.

- Excellent presentation skills (oral and written).

- Rigorous attention to detail and a practitioner's approach to investment problem-solving.
