The candidate will provide advanced CFD expertise in theaerodynamics domain , working directly with engineering teams to drive simulation-driven design and validation activities.Key Responsibilities: Perform advancedaerodynamic CFD analysisusing STAR-CCM+ and FloEFD for external and internal flows. Build, validate, and optimizeCFD modelsfor drag, lift, pressure distribution, and thermal management. Execute complete workflows:CAD integration, meshing, solver setup, boundary condition definition, and post-processing . Provideonsite technical support , including mentoring client engineers and troubleshooting complex simulation challenges. Generate high-qualitytechnical documentation, reports, and presentationsfor design review and decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to align simulation outcomes with experimental and test data.Required Skills & Qualifications: M.Tech/PhD in Aerospace, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline. 4–5 years of hands-on experience withSTAR-CCM+ and/or FloEFD , with focus on aerodynamics. Strong theoretical foundation influid dynamics, turbulence modeling, and heat transfer . Proven track record inaerospace/defense or automotive aerodynamics projects . Expertise ingeometry handling, meshing strategies, solver optimization, and HPC utilization . Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Nice to Have: Experience withSimcenter ecosystem(Simcenter 3D, HEEDS, Amesim, etc.). Familiarity withwind tunnel testing and correlation with CFD results . Knowledge ofcoupled physics (fluid–thermal–structural) .
