Role Description

IIHM is hiring for below positions for their IIHS campus in Udaipur. This is a full-time on-site role for a Rooms Division Faculty. The Rooms Division Faculty will be responsible for delivering lectures, conducting practical sessions, and providing guidance to students pursuing Hospitality Management. The role involves curriculum development, student evaluation, and active participation in academic activities.


Requirements

  1. Graduation in Hospitality is a must with Minimum 05 Years of Experience in 5 Star hotels. If Masters will be preferred.
  2. Outstanding communication skills with a presentable and pleasant personality.
  3. Successful work experience with thinking ability, creative, strong in follow ups, and strong on team handling.
  4. Salary as per the Industry standards and knowledge


Qualifications

  • Teaching experience in Hospitality Management
  • Expertise in Rooms Division Management
  • Knowledge of Hotel Operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to mentor and guide students effectively
  • Relevant certifications in Hospitality Management
  • Master's degree in Hospitality Management or related field

- Previous experience in respective departments or related fields

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to effectively convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence.

- Teaching or training experience preferred.
