Dow has an exciting opportunity that would be part of sales team of Packaging & Specialty Plastics Business. The role involves a mix of foundational sales activities like generating leads, customer engagement, handling customer complaints through close collaboration with technical colleagues, etc. Scope of work will be regional and segment specific aligned to business and less frequently Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region across Pan India.

- Understand the customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share market.

- Search for new product development opportunities within the market.

- Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customers organization.

- Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value. Develop the sales plan aligned to the marketing plan in coordination with other functions.

- Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.

- Collects and utilizes market intelligence to shape sales plan. Get and analyze data to take decisions about new product Bachelors degree in engineering preferably chemical or polymer). Business management will be an added advantage.

- Fluency in English, strong written and verbal communication skills required.

- Work experience (2-4 years) , preferably handling polyolefins Skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

- Strong communication, interpersonal and intercultural skills

- Negotiation ability

- Adaptability and resilience

- Digital Literacy with familiarity of CRM tools and MS office Notes
