Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support zero-touch deployment for new devices, ensuring smooth provisioning of both macOS and Windows laptops and desktops.
  • Conduct patching, imaging, and upgrading operations for macOS and Windows systems using Jamf and SCCM.
  • Provide core desktop support for end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Handle deployment and configuration of applications, policies, and system updates using SCCM for Windows and Jamf for macOS.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to maintain optimal system performance and security compliance.
  • Assist with the design and execution of Proof of Concept (PoC) projects focused on improving deployment processes and system efficiency.
  • Support device management, including asset tracking, configuration updates, and policy management.
  • Document processes and maintain clear records of all configurations, changes, and user support cases.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in desktop support, with significant expertise in SCCM for Windows and Jamf for macOS management.
  • Strong understanding of zero-touch deployment, patching, imaging, and upgrading processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of core operations for device management, including troubleshooting across both macOS and Windows environments.
  • Proven Microsoft expertise in managing enterprise environments.
  • Experience working on Windows and macOS laptops, desktops, and supporting end-users.
  • Ability to manage and execute Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and Active Directory is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
