Role: Global Practice Head – Insurance (UK Market) Location:Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Chennai, Coimbatore, Vizag Work Model:Work From Office Shift:UK HoursWe are inviting applications for the role ofGlobal Practice Head – Insurance (UK Market) . This senior leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence and transformation within the Insurance vertical. The role requires strategic vision, strong operational management skills, and the ability to lead teams to deliver high-quality, efficient outcomes while aligning with client goals.Key Responsibilities: Lead operational transformation projects, including digital asset implementation, process standardization, and benchmarking for efficiency and effectiveness. Engage with clients to understand business needs and proactively address pain points. Provide direction, mentorship, and development to the operations team while promoting a learning and high-performance culture. Align operations with customer objectives, ensuring commitments are consistently met. Identify risks proactively and develop mitigation plans. Build and maintain impactful client relationships, improve Net Promoter Scores, retain business, and drive revenue growth. Oversee end-to-endunderwriting and claims operationsto ensure operational efficiency and quality. Leverage Lean Six Sigma frameworks to drive continuous performance improvement. Implement mechanisms to monitor performance gaps, develop improvement plans, and escalate when necessary.Required Skills & Experience: Deep understanding of theInsurance industry , with strong knowledge ofUK Market underwriting and claims processes . Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks effectively. Experience managing across geographies and navigating cultural nuances. Skilled at managing through indirect authority and matrixed organizational structures. Strong negotiation, facilitation, influencing, and consensus-building skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage senior leadership. Strategic thinker with the ability to evaluate business opportunities and build on existing capabilities.Practice leaders don’t just manage operations, they transform underwriting, claims, and service delivery to create lasting impact for clients, teams, and the organization.
