We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Analyst with Quality Assurance (QA) experience. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for both analyzing data to derive actionable insights and ensuring the quality and reliability of our data systems and products. Responsibilities: 

 

Data Analysis: 

 

  • Utilize analytical tools and techniques to extract insights from large datasets. 
  • Generate reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders. 
  • Perform root cause analysis of data issues and propose solutions for improvement. 
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. 
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide data-driven recommendations. 
  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis and data mining to support decision-making and problem-solving activities across the organization. 
  • Collaborate with IT teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions and analytics tools to support healthcare operations and strategic initiatives. 

 

 

Data Testing: 

 

  • Build test scenarios and conduct data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness. 
  • Develop and execute testing strategies to validate the performance of data pipelines. 
  • Work closely with QA teams to identify and resolve data-related issues. 
  • Document testing procedures, results, and recommendations for future improvements. 

 

Qualifications: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 3 yrs experience in data engineering, including ETL processes, data modeling, and database management. 
  • Good proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL 
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work products on time and within budget. 
  • Understanding Agile or other software development methodologies is desirable.
