Our dedication to sustainability and environmental stewardship is steadfast, ensuring that each innovation contributes positively to our world.Job Summary:The Export Executive will manage all export operations for chemical products, including documentation, regulatory compliance, coordination with buyers and logistics providers, and timely delivery. This role requires a strong understanding of chemical export regulations (such as MSDS, REACH, DG shipping norms), excellent coordination skills, and familiarity with global trade processes.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and manage complete export documentation, including: - Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificate of Analysis (COA) - Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) - Dangerous Goods Declaration (if applicable) - Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, and other shipping documents - Ensure compliance with international chemical regulations such as: - EACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals) - IMDG (International Maritime Dangerous Goods) Code - Export Control Laws and DGFT guidelines - Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and transporters for smooth dispatch of goods. - Liaise with international customers regarding order confirmation, documentation, and shipment tracking. - Ensure proper HS code classification and apply correct INCOTERMS for each shipment. - Work closely with internal teams (Production, QA/QC, Stores, Finance) for order processing and product readiness. - Apply for licenses, EPCG benefits, or any other relevant export incentives as per DGFT policies. - Maintain shipment records, export databases, and timely MIS reporting. - Handle documentation for payment terms such as Letter of Credit (L/C), Advance Payment, and Bank Transfers. - Ensure safe and compliant packaging and labeling of chemical products as per international standards.Key Skills & Competencies:· In-depth knowledge of chemical export documentation and regulations· Familiarity with international shipping laws, INCOTERMS, and HS codes· Strong understanding of DG shipping procedures and hazardous goods handling· Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and ERP systems· Excellent communication and coordination skills· Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously· Problem-solving and proactive attitudeQualifications & Experience:· Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, International Business, or related field· 5-10 years of experience in export operations in the chemical or related industry· Knowledge of international regulatory bodies and compliance procedures (REACH, IMDG, etc.) is preferred· Certification in Export-Import Management is a plusAdditional Information:At Avid Organics, we believe that we can achieve our mission to enhance value creation for our stakeholders only through the quality and commitment of our people.
