Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven individual to join our team as a Business Development & Operations Manager. This pivotal role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including business development, strategic planning, project management, and operational oversight. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of leadership, business acumen, and technical expertise to drive the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:

- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the solar PV market.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's client base and revenue streams.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry partners.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth areas.

- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

2. Operations Management:

- Oversee all aspects of project execution, from initial feasibility assessment to final commissioning.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery, including engineering, procurement, and construction.

- Develop and implement robust project management processes and systems to optimize efficiency and quality.

- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics, taking proactive measures to mitigate risks and address issues.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards, health and safety guidelines, and quality assurance protocols.

3. Strategic Planning:

- Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine the company's strategic goals and objectives.

- Evaluate market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive forces to inform strategic decision making.

- Identify areas for business growth and diversification, proposing innovative solutions and initiatives.

- Develop business plans, budgets, and forecasts to support long term sustainability and profitability.

4. Team Leadership:

- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the business development and operations team members.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the organization.

- Set clear performance expectations and goals, conducting regular performance reviews and feedback sessions.

- Promote professional development and skills enhancement opportunities for team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA from a reputed institution preferred.

- Proven track record of success in business development, operations management, or related roles within the renewable energy industry.

- Strong understanding of solar PV technology, project lifecycle, and regulatory requirements.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.

- Strategic thinker with analytical prowess and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team management, decision making, and problem solving skills.
