Role : PHP with React.js DeveloperKey Responsibilities :- Design and develop server-side logic, RESTful APIs, and backend services using PHP and modern frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony).- Build responsive and interactive UIs using React.js, integrating them seamlessly with backend APIs.- Work closely with cross-functional teams - including designers, product managers, and QA engineers - to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and actionable development tasks.- Interact directly with clients/customers to understand their needs and provide technical insights and support.- Conduct code reviews and follow best coding practices to maintain code quality and performance.- Participate in the entire software development lifecyclefrom concept, design, development, testing, deployment to support.- Debug and troubleshoot application issues and perform necessary upgrades or improvements.- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for future maintenance and reference.Required Skills and Qualifications : - PHP : 2+ years of hands-on experience with server-side development. Strong understanding of OOP and MVC frameworks like Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.- React.js : Proficient in building dynamic, component-based web interfaces using ReactJS, including React Hooks, state management, and JSX.- Database : Strong experience with MySQL or similar relational databases, including schema design and query optimization.- Version Control : Proficiency in Git, GitHub/GitLab, and collaborative development workflows.- Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Customer-Facing : Experience in interacting with clients or end-users to gather requirements and deliver solutions accordingly.- Problem-Solving : Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code effectively.- Business Understanding : Ability to analyze and translate user needs and business goals into working software solutions.Good to Have : - Familiarity with RESTful API integration, GraphQL, and third-party libraries.- Experience with front-end tools like Webpack, Babel, or Vite.- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or basic DevOps concepts.
