This critical role supports the development and benchmarking of Large Language Models (LLMs) by designing and validating workflows that directly impact seller success, platform compliance, operational scalability, and partner experience. The specialist will be crucial in recreating complex seller lifecycle scenarios to validate AI outputs and ensure they drive trust and efficiency across the partner ecosystem. What does day-to-day look like : Accurately map and recreate complex seller and partner operational workflows, covering onboarding/vetting, catalog creation/updates, performance monitoring (SLAs, metrics), inventory submission, and partner support ticketing processes. Rigorously validate AI-generated outputs in partner scenarios, such as policy interpretation, performance warnings, automated communication regarding listings/inventory issues, and compliance checks, ensuring strict adherence to marketplace policies, legal terms, and brand trust standards. Simulate critical partner-facing challenges, including: Performance Simulation: Testing AI support for metric tracking, violation flagging, and automated escalations related to shipping speed or product quality. Service Level Agreement (SLA) Tracking: Validating AI reporting on partner response times, issue resolution speed, and listing processing latency. Data Integrity Audits: Performing structured reviews to ensure AI actions maintain accurate partner data and transaction records within the vendor/seller portal. Provide detailed, structured annotations and high-quality datasets derived from partner interactions, policy documents, and operational exceptions to continuously improve LLM training and evaluation for better seller self-service and platform moderation. Requirements : Proven experience (3+ years) in a hands-on role within Marketplace Operations, Vendor Management, Seller Support, or Partner Success (e.g., managing a portfolio of third-party sellers, overseeing onboarding, or resolving complex seller tickets). High familiarity with industry-standard marketplace management tools, Vendor/Seller Central portals (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, eBay), partner-facing CRM systems, or general workflow tools like ServiceNow or Jira used to manage partner issues. Exceptional attention to detail with a strong understanding of how process gaps or policy violations impact the overall marketplace ecosystem and compliance risk. Ability to identify AI shortcomings that lead to inaccurate performance penalties or onboarding failures. Conceptual understanding of how operational data (e.g., performance metrics, listing data, support tickets) is used for training and evaluating Machine Learning models (LLMs) to drive partner efficiency and retention. Excellent written English required for creating precise, training-quality partner policies and documentation, and meticulously validating the clarity, accuracy, and fairness of AI-generated partner communications.
