Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities - Baseline knowledge or equivalent expertise in fund servicing operations, with a focus on executing routine transactions and process improvements. - Proven ability to apply active listening and questioning techniques to understand and address client needs effectively. - Experience in continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on applying innovation and design thinking techniques to enhance operational efficiency.
