Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior ETL Developer with strong expertise in Informatica IDMC, PL/SQL, and Snowflake to join our development team. The ideal candidate will design, configure, code, test, debug, and document system and application programs while ensuring adherence to the company's software development lifecycle. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, efficient, and scalable data integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow the company's software development lifecycle to design, develop, test, and deploy ETL solutions.
  • Assist in preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents.
  • Review functional requirements, analysis, and design documentation, providing constructive feedback to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure quality and consistency in deliverables.
  • Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews to maintain best practices.
  • Develop and maintain operational and system-level documentation for ongoing support and future enhancements.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, optimized for performance, and compliant with organizational standards.

Required Qualifications

  • 6–7 years of professional experience in software development or data integration roles.
  • Strong, hands-on expertise with Informatica IDMC (Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud) – mandatory.
  • Advanced PL/SQL programming skills – mandatory.
  • Experience with Snowflake cloud data warehouse.
  • Strong understanding of ETL design patterns, performance tuning, and data modeling concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
