Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:
- Help define content IPs and formats (episodic, explainers, interviews, etc.)
- Recommend topics based on audience needs and market trends (demographics)
- Review scripts for accuracy, clarity, and simplicity
- Ensure messaging aligns with financial regulations and channel goals
- Set the tone of voice (e.g. conversational, expert yet friendly)
- Help balance educational value with takeaways for audience
- Suggest visual styles and reference formats that suit financial content
- Review pilot episodes or sample videos for feedback
- Ensure financial information is accurate and not misleading
- Stay updated on changes in personal finance laws/regulations if needed
- Guide content for different audience segments (young earners, families, retirees)
- Suggest growth strategies (collabs, playlists, community-building)
- Evaluate the effectiveness of content and campaigns across digital platforms, providing insights for optimization
- Ensuring timely content scheduling and consistent posting across all social media platforms
Skills:
- Sound understanding of personal finance topics (e.g., saving, investing, insurance, taxation) to ensure content credibility and relevance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with writers, designers, video editors, and compliance teams
- Keen eye for evolving content trends, formats, and audience behavior in the digital and personal finance space
