The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience withSnowflake administration,DBT workflows, anddata operationsin a modern data ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintainSnowflake environments— manage users, roles, permissions, and resource monitors. Overseewarehouse performance, scaling, and cost optimization. Implementsecurity controls,data access policies, andgovernance best practices. Managedata pipelinesandDBT project deploymentsin collaboration with the data engineering team. Monitor system health, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure high availability. Coordinatedata backup, recovery, anddisaster recoveryprocedures. Automate operational processes and ensure efficient use of Snowflake resources. Work closely with internal teams for environment setup, migration, and production support. Required Skills and Experience 6–8 yearsof experience in data platform or system administration roles. Strong hands-on experience inSnowflake administration(user management, resource optimization, performance tuning). Good understanding ofDBT,SQL, anddata warehousing concepts. Experience withcloud platforms(AWS, Azure, or GCP). Knowledge ofdata security, auditing, andaccess controlin Snowflake. Experience managingDev/Test/Prodenvironments. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have Familiarity withautomation toolslikeTerraform,Airflow, orCI/CD pipelines. Exposure toDataOpsandgovernance frameworks. Certification inSnowflake,AWS, or other relevant cloud technologies.
