Our Client in Fitness and Wellness Industry is on the lookout for an Execuitve Assistant

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Executive Assistant to support the CEO in delivering high-quality client consultations. This role involves managing medical documentation, preparing consult summaries, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and nutritionists.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare pre-consult summaries using AI tools and manual edits.
  • Review and organize client medical records and personal details.
  • Verify authenticity and recency of medical documents.
  • Interpret basic blood tests, scans, and prescriptions.
  • Track consults and manage client data using Zoho CRM.
  • Ensure all documentation is ready a day before consultations.
  • Send WhatsApp/email reminders before consults.
  • Communicate professionally across platforms.
  • Coordinate with nutritionists for returning client insights.
  • Finalize and share pre-consult notes with Luke ahead of time.
