Key Responsibilities:

  • Main revenue driver for the company - manage end-to-end sales processes from outreach, pitching, negotiations, contracting, and post-sales client management.
  • Close sales opportunities with particular focus on high revenue, high impact value deals.

  • Manage Sales Process: Oversee the entire sales process, including lead generation, presenting, contract negotiations, and closing sales.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored blockchain solutions and Develop and present detailed proposals and technical specs.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables and Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage project milestones and timelines
  • Achieve Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics contributing to business growth.
  • Define and evaluate new revenue streams and opportunities with existing or new clients.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives and alignment with company goals.


Job Requirements

  • 5 to 8 Years of Experience in Sales & Business Development 
  • Minimum  3+ years of experience working in Web3/Blockchain sales, partnerships, business development, or similar roles added advantage.
  • Experience within Web3/Blockchain industry is compulsory
  • Experience working with commercial agreements, including creation and negotiation
  • Experience working with technical team, marketing team and Industry leaders
  • Strong market knowledge of blockchain/Web3 and crypto industry
  • Use tools like Zoho CRM & Sales Navigator to identify and engage potential leads.
  • Experience developing and closing business opportunities across Industries
