About the Role :We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Frontend Developer with expertise in Next.js and React.js to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building scalable, performant, and maintainable frontend architectures that power our web applications. You will collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver exceptional user experiences through clean, efficient, and robust code.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain modern, responsive, and accessible web applications using Next.js and React.js.- Design scalable frontend architectures that can handle high user traffic and complex business logic.- Integrate RESTful APIs effectively, managing asynchronous data flows using Promises, async/await, and state management solutions.- Implement server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) to improve SEO and initial page load performance.- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes, mockups, and design system components into high-quality code.- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, applying performance best practices such as code splitting, lazy loading, memoization, and minimizing re-renders.- Work with design systems and reusable component libraries to ensure consistency and maintainability across products.- Build, maintain, and extend micro-frontend architectures to enable independent development and deployment of frontend modules.- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using tools like Jest and React Testing Library to ensure code quality and reduce regressions.- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and promote best coding practices across the team.- Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery of features and bug fixes.- Contribute to the setup and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.- Troubleshoot and debug production issues promptly to minimize downtime and impact on users.- Stay current with emerging frontend trends, technologies, and best practices, and share knowledge within the Skills and Qualifications :- 3+ years of professional experience in frontend development with a focus on React.js and Next.js frameworks.- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Babel, etc.- Deep understanding of RESTful API integration and asynchronous programming paradigms (Promises, async/await).- Proven experience implementing server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) with Next.js.- Experience working with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or others.- Solid knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library for frontend testing.- Familiarity with version control systems, primarily Git, and collaborative workflows (e.g., GitFlow).- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze and optimize frontend performance.- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools to streamline frontend deployment pipelines.- Experience working with design systems and component-driven development.- Familiarity with micro-frontend architecture and modular frontend design principles.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams (ref:hirist.tech)
