Role Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic AI Engineer with a strong background in client interaction, AI solution design, and PoC development.

The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding business requirements, translating them into AI architectures, and delivering rapid prototypes and scalable solutions using industry-standard tools and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Engage with clients to gather business objectives and define AI/ML use cases

- Translate functional requirements into detailed technical solutions and architecture

- Design and implement end-to-end AI Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for feasibility validation

- Build and fine-tune machine learning, deep learning, and NLP models

- Collaborate with data engineering teams for data sourcing, transformation, and feature engineering

- Work with DevOps/MLOps teams to deploy and monitor models in production

- Present PoC outcomes, technical documentation, and roadmaps to executives and business stakeholders

- Ensure compliance with AI ethics, security protocols, and governance standards

- Research and implement state-of-the-art AI/ML algorithms and frameworks

- LangChain, LlamaIndex (for LLM/RAG-based PoCs)

NLP & Computer Vision :

- SpaCy, NLTK, BERT, GPT, YOLO, Detectron2

MLOps & Deployment :

- MLflow, DVC, Airflow, Kubeflow

- Docker, Kubernetes, FastAPI, Flask

Cloud Platforms :

- AWS (SageMaker, Comprehend)

- Azure ML, Google Vertex AI

Data Platforms & Protocols :

- SQL, NoSQL, Delta Lake, Apache Kafka

- REST APIs, GraphQL, gRPC

- Data Lakehouse / ETL protocols

- OAuth2.0, SAML for secure integrations

Version Control & CI/CD :

- Git, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines

Key Requirements :

- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field

- 6 - 8 years of experience building and deploying AI solutions

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deliver AI PoCs

- Strong proficiency in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision

- Experience with cloud-based AI services and scalable deployments

- Ability to engage with clients, understand business needs, and articulate solutions

- Knowledge of AI governance, explainable AI (XAI), and model monitoring

- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills

Preferred (Good to Have) :

- Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, Gemini)

- Experience with data privacy protocols, model auditability, and compliance frameworks (ISO 42001, GDPR, SOC2)

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence for sprint Join Us?
