About the Role:As a Growth Head for Liabilities and Payments for the Digital Bank, you will be responsible to drive the adoption & engagement of the Liabilities (Savings Account, Fixed Deposit) and Payment products across customer segments. An important part of the Digital Banking team, this individual will be responsible for crafting and executing the strategy around driving customer value (cross-sell, win-back and transaction intensity) and growing the liabilities (Savings Account and Fixed Deposit balances) and payments. In this role, you will be the P&L owner of growing and shaping the liabilities book of the Digital bank by working with cross-functional teams e.g. digital marketing, tech solutions, product etc.A. P&L Ownership of Liabilities Book:· Work on initiatives/levers to grow liabilities book (Savings Account and Fixed Depositbook) the Digital Bank with an objective to increase conversion from target bases newand drive adoption among the new/existing consumers.· Improve conversion funnel continuously by driving optimization of digital journey· Identify and implement levers across channels with the help of cross-functional teamsaimed at improving the penetration of the liabilities and growing payments business andensuring seamless journeys.· Work closely with Bank’s product, analytics and digital marketing team for designingtargeted campaigns basis customer persona and targeted digital outreach respectively.B. Product EnhancementBe the voice- of customer in shaping the new set of features/products that the bank should launchWork closely with Marketing team to create awareness and engagement campaigns and should have a strong view on customer needsIncrease adoption of new products among the existing consumers through cross-sell and upsell initiatives in Liabilities and paymentsCo-create new and optimise existing cross-sell and upsell user journeys with Digital Product ManagersCollaborate with the Bank’s Campaigns, Analytics and Overall Portfolio teams to drive efforts on driving conversion funnelKey skills and background:Challenger mind-set & passion to challenge status quo to find innovative solutions to drive out of the box ideasBeliever in entrepreneurial culture of strong ownership, transparency, and trustStrong leadership and management skills, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teamsHustler, with solid understanding of consumer/ banking/ fintech products & journeysDeep knowledge of industry trends and experience in competitor research, analysis, and industry benchmarkingWork Experience· 10+years of relevant experience in driving P&L in senior leadership roles in Liabilities, preferably for a Bank/ Fintech · MBA from Tier I/II business school · Customer centric mindset and eye for detail is a must
