We’re looking for a Copywriter Lead who can bring words to life, lead a team of copywriters, and set the tone for breakthrough campaigns.Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of copywriters to deliver high-quality, creative, and impactful copy across campaigns. - Collaborate with creative directors, art teams, and strategy teams to develop integrated communication ideas. - Write compelling content for digital campaigns, brand films, social media, websites, influencer scripts, emailers, and more. - Maintain brand tone of voice and ensure consistency across all platforms. - Drive conceptual thinking for pitches, large-scale campaigns, and brand stories. - Stay updated with trends in digital marketing, culture, and language to keep content fresh and relevant. - Review and refine copy produced by team members to maintain high creative standards. - Partner with clients when required, to present concepts and sell ideas effectively.Requirements- 6–8 years of copywriting experience in advertising/digital agencies. - Proven track record of leading creative campaigns that drove impact. - Strong grasp of digital-first storytelling, brand building, and content strategy. - Exceptional command of English (bonus if you can think in Hinglish too). - Experience managing and mentoring junior writers. - Ability to juggle multiple brands and deadlines without dropping the creativity quotient. - A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, versatility, and campaign impact.What We Offer- The chance to lead copy for some of India’s biggest brands. - A collaborative and buzzing creative environment. - Freedom to experiment and break clichés. - Growth opportunities in one of the most dynamic creative agencies in India.
