Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our applications. You will collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline deployment processes and enable rapid delivery of high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple applications using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.

- Automate provisioning and configuration of infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

- Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost optimization.

- Monitor system performance, availability, and security using monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or CloudWatch.

- Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, or similar technologies.

- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application deployment and troubleshoot production issues.

- Ensure security best practices are followed across infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

- Maintain documentation for system architecture, deployment processes, and operational procedures.

- Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements :

- 69 years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or site reliability engineering roles.

- Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or Bamboo.

- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

- Containerization and orchestration experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

- Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch, etc.).

- Understanding of networking, security best practices, and high-availability architecture.

- Familiarity with microservices architecture and deployment patterns.

- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with GitOps and automation frameworks.

- Familiarity with serverless architecture and event-driven systems.

- Knowledge of database management and scaling for cloud-native applications.

- Exposure to Agile development methodologies and DevSecOps practices.
