About the Team


We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Risk Analyst to join our team, responsible for analyzing and monitoring the credit risk of our loan portfolio. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data science/analytics (preferably in risk analytics), excellent data analysis skills, and the ability to communicate complex risk issues to stakeholders


Responsibilities:


  • Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and potential credit risks
  • Develop and maintain credit risk models and monitoring tools to track portfolio performance
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews to identify areas of concern and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with lending teams to provide credit risk insights and support informed lending decisions
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate credit risk metrics and trends to senior management and other stakeholders

  • Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in credit risk analytics or a related field
  • Strong data analysis and modeling skills (e.g., regression, decision trees, clustering, forecasting etc)
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python, R, or other programming languages
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Good to Have:

  • Experience in Risk Model Development and Validation (PD,EAD,LGD etc)
  • Experience in portfolio management dashboard development
  • Strong understanding of credit risk management principles and regulatory requirements
