We are looking for a Lead -Network & Data Security for one of our esteemed clients in Mumbai.

Location : Mumbai.

Job Description :

Work Experience & Skills :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information technology or related field.

- Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CEH, among others.

- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in security technologies and tools such as firewalls, access control, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention, and antivirus systems.

- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO 27001/2.

- Basic knowledge on Antivirus, Network, System, Server, or Proxy Solution.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute IT infrastructure security policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with industry standards and regulations.

- Define Strategy for Infrastructure Security tools like DLP, Encryption, Antivirus, Firewalls & Advance threat prevention etc.

- Architecture, design, implementation & Support.

- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scanning to identify and assess potential security threats and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.

- Oversee the deployment, configuration, and management of security tools such as firewalls, antivirus software, intrusion detection systems, among others.

- Monitor the security infrastructure continuously to identify and respond to security events promptly.

- Conduct security awareness training and education programs for employees across the organization.

- Collaborate with other departments such as IT, engineering, and operations to understand business strategies and ensure security measures are aligned to protect critical assets.

- Manage security incidents and collaborate with internal and external parties to contain and resolve issues.

- Stay updated on emerging security threats, trends, and best practices and recommend proactive measures to enhance infrastructure security.
