The US Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for sales recruitment, managing the full lifecycle of recruiting, hiring, and account management. The recruiter will also be expected to maintain clear communication with candidates, clients, and internal teams.Title :US IT Bench Sales RecruiterLocation: KPHB, Hyderabad, India.Looking for 2 to 4 years of experience in Bench SalesSalary: Competitive | Performance BonusWork Timing: EST timingsPreference Immediate Candidates: -1. Candidate will be responsible for handling bench sales recruitment. i.e from sourcing job requirements from prime vendors, vendors, clients to submitting the bench consultants, negotiating the best rates, following up on interview schedules & placing the consultants.2. Regular interaction and follow-up with bench consultants, identifying their needs and getting them into projects.3. Candidate has to get and maintain a good relationship with vendors, clients and consultants.4. Experience working with Preferred Vendors and on layers model.5. Must have vendor network.6. Job Portal searches like Dice, Monster, career builder, Tech fetch, indeed, LinkedIn, iLabor, Job Diva, Email groups etc. and also other networking methods.7. Knowledge of ATS and VMS portals are preferred.8. Must Possess a strong sense of Urgency, Flexibility, and willingness to learn.9. Excellent Communication Skills.10. Possess Office tools knowledge - Microsoft office Word, Excel, Outlook.11.
