Troubleshoot and provide solutions for routing issues[BGP, OSP], Spanning tree, Port security, Wireless connectivity, Load balancing issues. Provide support on L1 escalated issues as needed Experience in WAN protocols BGP, OSPF (CCNP Routing & Switching) Oversee lifecycle management of network hardware and software Conduct capacity management and generate reports for in-scope network devices Good Communication Skills, Good Documentation and presentation Skills Experience in performing assessment of Customer WAN Network, identify gaps and recommend Target Architecture Handle tickets, changes and requests in Jira ticketing tool with good knowledge ITIL Process Prepare, review and publish PIR, RCA report for P1 issue Plan Perform N-1 and Vulnerability based IOS/Firmware upgrades
